Biography:

Gio, a Brazilian-born trance artist now based in Berlin, brings a fresh and distinctive voice to the electronic music scene. Gio describes her music as “hot tunes,” a lively celebration of euphoria and excitement, infused with an extra touch of flair. She blends vibrant Latin American rhythms with powerful, driving trance beats, creating an energetic and dynamic sound that captivates audiences. Her modern and unique style offers an infectious energy that sets her apart in the trance community.

Gio's music is gaining strong traction, with her track "I Wanna Dance" being played by Ki/Ki and VTSS at the Glitch Festival in Malta, and also supported by David Löhlein. Her track "Samba Comingo" was released on Hot Meal Records, the label of Bad Boombox, who frequently supports her by playing several of her tracks during his sets. Gio also had the opportunity to perform at Into the Woods x Die Rakete during Amsterdam Dance Event, further solidifying her presence in the electronic music world. She also has been featured on Radio Rudina and HÖR Berlin, expanding her reach and influence within the scene.

With an exciting lineup of upcoming performances at events like Obscur in Hamburg, Ponyclub in Leiden, and Teletech x Gotec in Karlsruhe, Gio’s career is set to continue expanding both in Europe and internationally.
